Moreover, the manner in which we are raised, our different knowledge and education, divergent interests, and different cultures influence our ideas of liberty. Some passel stupefy freedom in singing, going for a unhurried walk, or hitherto simply enjoying a quiet good afternoon at home. Others aline it in outdoor adventures such as camping, bungee-jumping, or pee skiing; still, others find it in high-risk exploits such as drag racing, sky-diving, or mountain climbing. This leaning of nine activities is paltry compared to the myriad of paths we can express ourselves and find a bit of freedom. Indeed, I find liberation in practice of medicine and dancing. Expressing myself with dance consists of not only personal movement and sensations, but also spiritual stirrings that give fig up to spon taneous, pleasurable resign that I experience as freedom. With the low gear notes of a nervous strain colliding with my eardrums, I am consistently drawn to the realm of dance.
